Carroll B. Leevy, MD
Carroll B. Leevy, MD, is Associate Professor at the New Jersey Medical School and serves as Director of Clinical Affairs and Transplant Hepatologist at the New Jersey Medical School Liver Center, both in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Leevy received his undergraduate degree at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Michigan Medical School and Hospital. Dr. Leevy is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Leevy is the Secretary of International Hepatology Informatics Group. He is also affiliated with a number of associations, including the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, American Gastroenterology Association, International Association for Study of Liver Disease, and the Association for Academic Minority Physicians.
